one stop shop for all your sweet tooth needs, from healthy to surgery to hot and steaming coffees of all types. smoothies custom made to your taste, and great service. clean and cozy atmosphere. Art displayed by local artist give the place a modern funky vide. hoping for nutella on the flavors list next time i come by.

I work downtown as a part of my job, and every chance I get, I come down here for a smoothie. I'm not super good at getting the right nutrients for my body with the way my schedule is, but every time I come here, it's a good time. The staff is super personable and friendly, they make delicious smoothies, and the atmosphere is cozy and quaint. All in all, I absolutely love it and will be continuing to get my smoothies here

I spent a week between Lincoln and Grand Island and his place has, by far, the best coffee around. Even though the bar was set pretty low, considering most of the coffee I’ve had is like dirty dishwater (even at the big chains), this place knows how to serve up a proper espresso. And they have a wide range of roasted beans by the bag. I picked up two bags of beans for home on the merit of their espresso.

Without a doubt absolutely the best cup of coffee or espresso you're going to find in Lincoln Nebraska. Personally a big fan of espresso has it's one of the best roasts I've had. The owner is fantastic the staff is amazing it's worth driving 30 minutes out of my way every time.

I have been missing out! I had no idea they had smoothies - they do and talk about good! BFF or Local Yokel are full of flavor, blended perfectly, and great customer service.

Love how this place is nestled within the busyness of downtown Lincoln. They seem to get most of the traffic via their drive-thru, so whenever I really need to get work done, I'll park myself in their cozy and quiet seating area. P.S. My fav of all their flavored beans is the blueberry cinnamon crumble. Absolutely delish!
